DeeDee’s entrance into the real estate business began when she moved from Atlanta, Georgia, to Southwest Florida, in 2017. She joined Coldwell Banker shortly after receiving her license and quickly rose to become a Global Luxury Specialist.

DeeDee is a resident of Talis Park, Naples, Florida. She enjoys spending time with family and from time to time, you may find her on a tennis court.

Although newer to Florida, Zoë is not new to real estate: with almost 20 years of experience in every kind of market condition, her negotiating skills and marketing savvy have routinely placed her at the top of her field. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Zoë was Executive Vice President of Sales on the # 1 team of a regional Connecticut brokerage. Consistently a top producer, she achieved Chairmen Elite status and was recognized as “Top Producing Agent of the Decade”, along with many other distinctions.

Originally from the Boston area, Zoë graduated from The American University of Paris with a BA in Art History and Architecture and can speak conversational French and Spanish. She moved to Florida 2 years ago to be closer to family and has enjoyed getting involved with the Naples Players Community Theater.
