Dee Dee has been phenomenal in handling the sale of our home — from initial thought process to closing. When we thought about listing our home for sale, it was nothing more than that — a thought. She carefully guided us through the process, presenting us with realistic expectations to consider. We listed it at our own time frame, without push, and even then, it was only relative to the swings of the market. During the sales process, she went to bat for us, and frankly, prospective buyers, whose own realtors didn’t actually spend much time learning about the product they were trying to persuade their buyers to purchase. She did it all. Our home sold in less than 24 hours for very close to what we expected. Closing was a breeze for us and, I suspect, will be for the buyer next week.

We hired her because we saw how she handled both a sale and purchase for a mutual client and were very impressed with her professionalism, tenacity and efficiency, without being “that” realtor. It was a good experience and we highly recommend Dee Dee for your real estate needs.

I highly recommend DeeDee for discovering and buying your new home in the Fort Myers area. Even though we were brand new to Florida we thought we had the area’s homes figured out due to searching on real estate apps. We were DEAD WRONG! Every home that we thought was a good fit ended up hiding secrets that we couldn’t see online. I don’t know where to begin on how great it was to work with Dee Dee.
